SweetIST Home offers 5 rooms which are tailored to your every need, starting with efficient budget rooms up to comfortably furnished studio size rooms. Are you looking for a suitable furnished room or do you rather look for a larger room with practical interior? All in a safe neighborhood, right in the city center.

Flat is equipped with a useful kitchen, 3 bathrooms with shower and WC. We provide you with free WLAN and cleaning services every 2 weeks.

SweetIST Home offers home comfort in different sized rooms. The overall rent includes the incidental expenses, e.g. the electricity-, water- and heating costs, and depends on size and furnishing according to your wishes. In addition, washing machine, dish washer and toaster oven are among useful appliances at your service. To rent a room you have to pay only the overall rent and a small deposit. There is no commission or agency fee.
